Playing with a limited roster, Catholic players were able to hold Pembroke Hill, Class 1 team (ranked 4th in Missouri in the Coaches Poll), to a 0-1 game. Pembroke was able to score a goal when the ball bounced around in front in goal after a corner kick with 7 minutes to go in the game. Catholic had an attack at the 2 minute mark when Adam Entrup had a long hard shot that struck the cross bar and was eventually picked up by the Pembroke GK.
Catholic faces Waynesville at 12 noon to finish the tournament.
