Catholic Adds a Win

In a rare Saturday afternoon game, Catholic travelled to Sedalia to play Sacred Heart Gremlins.  With rough field conditions and strong winds, Catholic outscored Sacred Heart 4-1. 

Catholic allowed Sacred Heart to score the first goal on a misplay in the first half.  Later in the first half, Libel took control of the ball and worked around the defenders until he placed  the ball in the back of the net. 

Although the Sacred Heart goalie made five impressive saves, Cullen Barr was able to score two more goals, the first off a pass from Adam Entrup and the second off a serve from Sam Taggart.  The last goal came at the end of the game when Josh Moncada was able to head in an indirect kick from Levi Millsap.
