Lady Irish defeat Nixa 2-1 in OT

Anna DeLong’s golden goal from an assist by Carsen Baron in the 5th minute of the first overtime period gave Catholic the win over the Lady Eagles in Nixa. The Eagles sent the game to OT with a goal off a scramble in the penalty area following a corner kick in the 74th minute. Anna also scored Catholic’s first goal in the 59th minute heading in a Natalie Smid corner kick.
