Catholic defeats Neosho

The Lady Irish rebounded from their opening day loss to defeat the Neosho Lady Wildcats 10-0 tonight at Cooper Park. Catholic was led by Mandy Bailes who scored two goals and had two assists. Freshman Michelle Garrison scored her first Lady Irish goal and added an assist. Sophomore defender, Connor Guy scored her first varsity goal much to the delight of her teammates. Andrea Parker, Natalie Smid, Shelby Hatz, Erin FitzGerald, and Bekah Bade each had a goal for the Irish and assists were tallied by FitzGerald, Hatz, Bade, and Courtney Devlin.
The Catholic JV defeated the Wildcats 2-0 behind goals from Olivia Dobard and Hannah Hall.
