Lady Irish win District Semifinal

The Lady Irish defeated Mountain View/Birch Tree Liberty 10-0 in the district semifinal at Cooper Park. Bekah Bade and Andrea Parker each scored twice while Jordan Banasik, Carsen Baron, Natalie Smid, Rachel Herron, Rebecca Mayus, and Sara Bolin each scored once. Natalie Smid added three assists while Jordan Banasik, Michelle Garrison, Shelby Hatz, Rachel Herron, and Diane Kielhofner each added an assist. Rachel Scott and Megan Goetzinger recorded their 15th combined shutout of the season.
The Championship District Game at tomorrow, Wednesday, May 19 at 4:00 pm at Springfield Catholic School High School.
